3 Months
Over the next three months, Lowtar dotes on you always asking you if you are comfortable. He asks if you are tired, if you are too cold or if you need anything to eat or drink. You try to assure him that you are indeed okay but it warmed your heart every time he tries so hard to make you comfortable during your pregnancy. You continue to work at the weaving station for a while before your belly becomes too big to work at the station with any kind of comfort. Finally, you retire to Lowtar's home almost exclusively. He does his best to build you a den where you can rest comfortably. During the final weeks of your pregnancy Lowtar doesn't leave your side. He is always afraid that the cubs are coming any second whenever you even have a slight stomachache.
Lowtar's brother Mordant comes over every few days with some catch of his own even though Lowtar is perfectly capable of hunting. You always thank him even though you realize he is thinking of both his brother and you. During the last few weeks, it actually is nice to have Mordant's catch to eat so Lowtar doesn't feel anxious having to go out hunting, and you still have enough food for the pair of you.
Your cubs come late one night. You have to wake Lowtar and he rushes out into the village to get the shaman. You, Lowtar, Elyse, and Mordant spent a few hours with the shaman as your contractions go on and on in what seemed like endless waves of pain. Finally, the labor ends, and you give birth to four cubs, three girls and one boy. You fall into an exhausted sleep while holding your babies close to you.
When you awake the next morning, you realized the shaman has apparently left to get more supplies as you don't see him anywhere. Elyse must have gone home, and you see Lowtar sleeping next to you, his head resting softly on your side. Suddenly you notice a man standing at the entrance of your tent. He is standing in front of you, floating and bobbing up and down. He looks at you and puts his hand on your leg before saying, "How are you feeling?" You look at him and give him a soft smile before saying, "I guess better now… Though my stomach doesn't agree with me." He smiles and gently rubs your leg for a second before he says in a deep yet soft voice, "Do you want to go home?"
