Otherkin

Rating 4 / 5

I enjoyed this one a lot more then the recent run of bad books.

Unlike some others it does not try to explain everything, a lot is left un-explained. For instance the main character has some unique powers with regards to her shapeshifting

Their are also some glimpses into the shapeshifter society and the people trying to change it.

Their is good use of the different senses as well, when they are shifted

While their is the use of the kidnap the unaware person they manage to get out quickly, this leads into the sort of did it really happen and another attempt.

Overall I enjoyed it very much. A few flaws including a minor instance of new power as the plot demands that is not touched on again. It is still a solid book though.
