Overall I was not impressed by the book as a transformation story and not much better as a general story
I can understand Bast wanting sex but not Basest as well. (although it is not detailed)
Transformation wise their is not much. It is the type where the person is the same inside and not changed other then the outside.
The main character pretty much does not really have any effect, only to get told what to do and then does it.
