The Paths of the Perambulator (Spellsinger)

This is a story in contriditions. The scenes by themselves are excellent ranging from the opening scene where things are wrong from the start(reading from both a reader of the series and a newcommer) to the alien world of the microscopic. The problem is that plot wise their is no real change from scene to scene.

Each scene is pretty much the same problem. here is the problem, lets fix it, next problem. Some of the solutions do lead to the next problem but overall their is little flow on from one scene to the next.

Overall i was debating between a two and a three, but the scenes as individual items was what pushed it up for me
