While the idea is good. The execution is a let down. A spell that says random but is anything but is only the first problem
Transformation wise it is very match her is a character. Now we will replace it with a different character with a few memories of the old one
Unfortunately this is the only book I read that even remotely matches and so it is the review of the week.
