In a room
The sign reads
"Welcome all new travellers.
To continue you must go through a series of doors.
After going through you will pick a costume. You will then become a half- human and half that creature.
After a week(100 mins a hour,20 hrs a day,10 days a week) has passed you may morph and get another costume. To start of with you will only be able to become 40% human to 60% human.
If you put on a costume you will then become that creature, be teleported to it's home town and have to wait a week before being able to morph.
After 50 costumes you may change into one of your other costumes and become 30% to 70% human. When changing costumes you must wait at least an hour before you can change costumes again.
100 different species/gender costumes allows you to gender-morph and become 20% to 80% human
200 different species costumes allows you to combine costumes and become 10% to 90% human
400 different species costumes allows you to return to your world with no more morphing
And 800 different species costumes makes a polymorph and allows you to morph outside of this world.
Also if you have a costume like a centaur then the human part will always be human and is counted towards the human percentage.
Any gender/species transformation magic of yours can only change your gender(if you have at least 100 costumes) and the animal part to a different animal.
When you change into a different costume (that you already have) you may teleport to that species home town but you will have the week penalty where you have no costume changes.
If you die while wearing a costume you will be reborn at the local inn (or appropriate location ). If you have more then 100 costumes you will lose the costume you had when you died and go to an appropriate place for your next costume.
If you fail to make it out in 100 years(100 weeks in a year) one of your possible forms will be chosen and you will be permanently stuck in that form(apart from magic) until you die. Also there will be no possibility of going back to your world.
Also, one final note: should you take a female form and become pregnant, you won't be able to change your gender until the child is born, though the other aspects of your form may change (the child will change to match.) That is all, and good luck!
You realise that you have to do what the sign said to do and go through the doors and grab a costume.
Alternatively you could use the key system to determine the room

Ant
Your body enters the rough carapace of a suit, the thick latex moving and rustling across your fingers as you run them along the bumpy surface of the outfit. Your arms feel tight against the firm padding on the outside of the outfit, acting as a kind of exoskeleton pressed tight against your skin for protection. You feel like a ‘human sandwich’ as you now have an Exo- as well as an endoskeleton! You shift your eyes upward to your feelers, they sprout from your head and bend at a sharp angle hanging just in front of your eyes, the abdomen of the costume hangs heavy behind you, as the tight fabric around your calves causes thin wrinkles to form around your joints.
The bright red suit fits tightly against your skin, your joints feel the rough outer layer of the material dragging against itself as you move your body around. The stiffness feels uncomfortable, though you think to yourself how you may get used to this soon enough.
You begin to feel the suit form an airtight seal around your body, now compressing you from all angles. The suit begins to feel moist, or maybe it’s your skin? Your body is being turned to mush by the suit, though you would more accurately describe it as a type of sweating, as you are still able to hold your structural integrity inside of the hard carapace of the suit. The thick plasticy material begins to stretch itself across your skin, making a kind of sizzling sound, and almost burning as it spread across your pale bare flesh. The warmth of the suit is almost comforting as it almost breathes around your body- as if it was its own living entity.
The suit begins to rewire itself with your nervous system, you feel the heavy weight of your abdomen behind you twitch as the blood begins to flow into and out of your new thorax. The joints in your arms bend and fold in a kind of soft leathery pocket, causing your hard outer shell to tuck neatly within itself. The sight causes you to shake your head, your antenna shaking in your face, suddenly becoming hypersensitive as they brush against your hardening face.
The smell of your musty room overwhelms you as the scent molecules stick firmly to the sensory organs now located right on the tip of your head. Pheromones floating around you feel almost heavy as the aromatic air hangs around you, causing you to feel a mix of anxiety and nostalgia as your body adjusts to the new set of sensory organs you’ve now suddenly developed upon putting on this costume.
The furniture around you begins to shoot up as your entire body loses mass and shrinks down to the size of an actual ant within your apartment. The floorboards now appearing as a wide and expansive stretch of a polished light brown. The place that was once your home is now an entire world of unknown dangers within an impossibly larger world. Your anxiety increases as you wonder to yourself how you could possibly find yourself making your way comfortably around your house. Your head begins to spin as you realize the repercussions of your actions, black spots begin floating around in your vision and increasing in size; they begin to take over most of your vision until you can barely see anything.
The last thing you remember is the dull thud of the cold hardwood floor slamming into your limp body as you faint while having a panic attack, the sound almost alerting your barely conscience mind that you’re in trouble, despite the fact that your numbed body didn’t even feel the impact of the ground high-fiving your face in that passage of time.
Your face pressed firmly against the ground as your eyes close, dripping down a thin stream of tears as you struggle to blink your eyes open and hold them there for a moment. The pools of moisture around your head feel cool; being the last topic on your faded
mind as the world turns black around you.

Workers
You suddenly wake up, your shoulders shooting bolt upright as you spin your body around, propping yourself against your thick abdomen behind you, your social stomach being empty and a dark red color matching the rest of your plated skin.
A line of other workers can be seen walking towards you, as well as a line of them walking away from you, each checking you as they pass. Clearly, there’s a kind of system going on here, your instinct causes you to do a kind of counter check-in with them as well, letting them know your current mental status and state of being.
Your feelers detect a kind of path along which your numerous identical counterparts trail along, instinctively knowing where to go and why. A sudden urge to hop to your feet and follow it take over your body, your spiney feet walking along the deep trenches left by the ants that have walked this path before you. Your eager paces make way for many more ants to come.
Along your path there you see an array of different sights and sounds. Ants much larger than you, ants who carry with them pupal siblings, ants carrying chunks of food, and other individuals with full social stomachs swelling their abdomen and stretching their thin skin taut and transparent, a hint of green shining through their flesh.
You make your way into the walls of the facility, deep winding tunnels underground lead away to enormous brood nurseries, food storage units, various entrances and exits, as well as an enormous ‘throne room’ kind of setup meant specifically for the queen to give birth to the entire population.
The trail of ants travels in one direction, while a line to the right of you is formed for which ants going in the opposite direction find their way along. You all exchange greetings as to check in on one another and you can tell that some of your fellow sisters change their demeanor upon greeting certain ants. You wonder what this could be about as you spend your time seeking the main throne room.
The worn trail you tread upon brings you along many merging paths. One branching path, in particular, brings you to a talkative sister of yours. Her excited claws prod you in the back and attempt to engage in a conversation with you.
“Hey sis. So tell me, have you heard about those super majors? Do you know how many of them there are around here? What about worker ants? Do you know how many workers there are? Or if we need anyone in the nursery?” You listen in detail to the endless roles she lists off as the entire group of ants continues marching one by one.
“Hoora,” You think to yourself, “now I have a chatty little friend along with me on this endless trip to who knows where.” your ears barely comprehend the words your newfound ‘friend’ chats on endlessly about.
You continue pacing along this line until you ultimately find yourself upon the large carcass of a dead rat in your territory. The smells being picked up by your feelers are completely enticed as you step closer towards the rotting flesh. You can see a pack of your sisters clamoring greedily along the bloody skin of the enormous carrion, their claws digging deep into the skin to hold themselves steady as their muscular mandibles saw through tiny bits of the flesh.

Harvesting
Their bodies expand as they consume more of the meat, storing it in their social stomachs, and trading it among themselves in a kiss-like fashion. You observe as numerous ants saw off large chunks of meat and begin carrying it deeper within the nest. Your mandibles begin to cramp in anticipation of digging themselves deep into the meaty flesh of this dead animal. The smell of rot has never been so sweet to your senses, and you lose track of what you had originally set out to do.
The hairy white tendrils of fur hang down loosely; a perfect size for your rough hands to grab on to, your muscular arms exert enough force to send your body shooting up the spines of hair until you eventually make it to the top of the creature. The flies buzz around you like horses with wings, they bump into the dead body causing the whole thing to quake, you nearly lose your footing but you skillfully regain your balance.
Fellow ants group themselves around the open holes leading into the body of the carcass, they dig out the soft inner flesh first after having worked their way through a hole somewhere in the eye, mouth, ears, or anus of the creature. And looks to you like they’ve started from the mouth. Jagged fangs point in all directions as the mouth loosely hangs open, a perfect entrance for a hungry colony of ants.
You line up to take your turn to grab some of the soft fleshy insides of your new scavenged prey. The smells within the moist flesh mouth of the creature overtake you and nearly drive you crazy as you saw off mouthfuls of rotting meat. You gulp down mouthfuls of the bloody pink masses, filling your social stomach with a heavy mixture meant for your queen back at the hive. In that moment you forget anything you could have ever known just to ravenously consume many times your own weight in this delicious flesh left out just for your colony.
The thick flesh weighs heavy in your body, you can feel the stretching of the finer skin between your carapace make way for a heavier load. You almost bypass the limitations of your body just to gorge your maw with endless loads of the meat.
Your ravenous consumption barely let you notice the ants lined up behind you. Having already used up most of your feeding time, your sisters begin pressuring you to make room for the hungrier of the ants. Despite this, you greedily decide to saw off a few more mouthfuls to help bring to the queen as well.
“Might as well treat her ‘majesty’ with some respect if I’ll be working for her for a while now.” You think to yourself, looking around a small camp stationed nearby the carcass. The settlement is meant for efficiency, as the ravenous ants would chop up the meat, transfer it to quicker ants to run it along to the queen, then repeat the cycle until the break down the entire carcass.
Your feet carry you over to your talkative friend once again, now being in a more compassionate mood after your meal.
“Hey again,” you say to her. “So we’re setting up camp here?” you ask her.
“Yes!” She said excitedly. “We’re low on transporter ants so I’ll be doing that from now till… uh.. Later?” she says in the same bubbly tone that followed you days prior.
“Oh? What’s that supposed to mean… Again?” you ask nervously. Your sister’s face looks happy, as if she’s prepared to explain this concept for you.
“That! Just means that I camp out here, we transfer food from our stomachs and I deliver it to the brood back with the queen.” Your memory is suddenly jogged, that’s right! You had to look for the queen for some answers. Though you don’t particularly remember why.
In the meantime, you decide to at least finish your task until the rat has been taken care of. As the colony wouldn’t want to attract any unwanted attention.
You spend the rest of your time chopping up the remainder of the rat for your colony. Your friend assists you by passionately transferring stomachs full of food to and from each other in order to properly nourish the entire colony. Over the next few days, you can easily lose yourself in the mundane and repetitive, yet oddly satisfying task of consuming many times your weight before transferring it all off to another ant.
