You leave the room before the door can lock again, then checks a different one.

 

"it felt like the door was part of me"
You sighs. "I think... it sounds crazy, but I think somebody put your mind into here and, well, devolved your body into a normal fox."

 

"Here?"

 

"This is... some sort of underground lab. The notes left behind say that it was used for uplifting animals. I have a bad feeling about this place, Matt..."

 

"Where am I?"

 

"I don't know... all I can do is look for anything that might have been used recently and see if I can figure out what happened from there."
