You hop around looking for something to explain this place.
Seeing a flickering light ahead you carefully hop to it, avoiding hitting you head on the ceiling.
You find a screen on playing a video. You glance at the date and are surprised when it jumps back about a year. then you realise of cause it is a loop.
You sit down and watch it.
Entry 1:
January the 1st 2050.
A news report about a bright flash of light which when cleared a human was in the main shopping mall.
Entry 2:
January the 15th 2050.
The human changed into a fog dispensing creature-thing and then disappeared in the same flash of light.
Entry 3:
January the 16th 2050.
The fog had spread to completely cover the building. All the people who have travelled inside the fog have changed into anthropomorphic creatures with no memory of being human.
Entry 4:
January the 31st 2050.
The fog has covered the city. Researchers are still trying to figure out what it is or how to stop it spreading.
Entry 5:
February the 15th 2050.
We figured it out. just in time, the fog rolled over as we activated it. We believe we are one of the last groups of humans left. We are beginning searches for supplies
Entry 6:
February the 28th 2050.
I am the last. the surrounding landscape is featureless. There is no hope left. Our grand university has been reduced to just this one building. Our attempt at a farm lost in the mist.
