Rushing forward Daniel could feel his eyes turn to narrow slits, as his anger at the Doctor tunnelled into a furry at him. He saw nothing but his tanned smug face, since he obviously was able to go outside. Those cold blue eyes staring down at him like he wasn't even human! That vicious voice that haunted his dreams before he had even stepped foot in this hell!

 

Just as his claws reached for his throat. He fell. Daniel didn't even fall to his knees. Slowly he just went forward. As his new strength disappeared becoming instead, a bone chilling cold. Daniels gaze right into the Doctors eyes during his descent. He saw the pity in his eyes when the Doctor shook his head and waved a hand in the air. He just toppled forward hitting the cold floor, when Daniel finally noticed the purple hued blood spilling on the surrounding floor.

 

In a last moment of clarity, he realized they must have shot him from behind as he made his mad dash for the Doctors life. Daniel was filled with many regrets in those last moments of watching the last of his blood spill out of him. Family, friends, all of them were gone from him now. If only he had kept to his human logic, instead of being blinded by his new dragons rage. If only....
