You choose to be a charizard.

 

Your skin turns to orange. Your mouth stretches forming a charizard's muzzle with sharp teeth, and a horn on the back of your head. Your shirt stretches then rips, with a charizard's wings on your back. The area around your stomach turns yellow. Your fingers fuse together leaving you with a thumb and 2 others, which turn into claws. A tail with a flame on its end burns through your pants. Your toes turn into sharp claws.

 

You are now a full charizard
