You walk in to find a number of cups.

 

"what are the cups for?"
"part of the lesson"
"Oh"
"Close your eyes"

 

You close your eyes.
"Now try and find one of the cups with your mind"
"huh?"
"Picture the cup you are trying to find"
"ok"
"Now try and picture where it is in the room"
"ok"
"now picture it coming into your hand"
"ok"
"now open your eyes"
you open your eyes to find the cup in your hand
"cool"
"Now try it with your eyes open."
