I Need a Plan star star star star star

<spanFullTF> Suddenly, you feel a strange pain in your arms and legs. The muscles thicken as your bones are manipulated into a feline shape. Your spine lengthens, and you grow fur on your body, except for your head, which has remained human. You sigh in relief that the transformation is over, but you feel a pain above your rear end. Come on! A tail? Really? you think to yourself. Once your tailbone has lengthened into an adequite tail, you sigh in relief. Finally, the painful transformation is done. <spanFullTF>
Now a sphinx, you need to figure out a plan on how to make it out of here with your humanity still intact.
"There's got to be a trick to this. 'you can leave through any exit except the one you entered in,' Come on, anyone can see it's a trick..."
