In a room
The sign reads
"Welcome all new travellers.
To continue you must go through a series of doors.
After going through you will pick a costume. You will then become a half- human and half that creature.
After a week(100 mins a hour,20 hrs a day,10 days a week) has passed you may morph and get another costume. To start of with you will only be able to become 40% human to 60% human.
If you put on a costume you will then become that creature, be teleported to it's home town and have to wait a week before being able to morph.
After 50 costumes you may change into one of your other costumes and become 30% to 70% human. When changing costumes you must wait at least an hour before you can change costumes again.
100 different species/gender costumes allows you to gender-morph and become 20% to 80% human
200 different species costumes allows you to combine costumes and become 10% to 90% human
400 different species costumes allows you to return to your world with no more morphing
And 800 different species costumes makes a polymorph and allows you to morph outside of this world.
Also if you have a costume like a centaur then the human part will always be human and is counted towards the human percentage.
Any gender/species transformation magic of yours can only change your gender(if you have at least 100 costumes) and the animal part to a different animal.
When you change into a different costume (that you already have) you may teleport to that species home town but you will have the week penalty where you have no costume changes.
If you die while wearing a costume you will be reborn at the local inn (or appropriate location ). If you have more then 100 costumes you will lose the costume you had when you died and go to an appropriate place for your next costume.
If you fail to make it out in 100 years(100 weeks in a year) one of your possible forms will be chosen and you will be permanently stuck in that form(apart from magic) until you die. Also there will be no possibility of going back to your world.
Also, one final note: should you take a female form and become pregnant, you won't be able to change your gender until the child is born, though the other aspects of your form may change (the child will change to match.) That is all, and good luck!
You realise that you have to do what the sign said to do and go through the doors and grab a costume.
Alternatively you could use the key system to determine the room

Female Fictional Land
You go through the door.
All of a sudden it slams shut and with no handle on this side it appears that you are stuck.
There are five costumes in this room, all of them female, all of them are fictional land creatures.

shocking!
You see a mainly yellow costume and you decide trying it on. As you put it on at first if feels just like a costume. However soon an immense itching starts underneath and you take off the costume as quick as possible.
Your body starts growing yellow fur all over and you feel your ears go to the top of your head and grow long.
Conveniently, there is a mirror in the corner of the room, and out of curiosity you look into it. You see a female half human, half pikachu creature looking back at you.

An electrifying experience
You place your hands, (or are they paws?) on your pointed ears, feeling down them. You rub your short muzzle, and keep moving your hands downward, enjoying the sensations it's producing. You wonder if you have the abilities of a Pikachu, and move your left hand over your tail.
A spark jumps from your tail to your hand, confirming your guess. You put your hands in front of you, concentrating, and a burst of electrical energy fires from your hands, hitting the wall. A smoldering crater is left. You laugh, saying, in your new voice, "I could get used to this." Your new voice sounds like a combination of a normal female voice, and a pikachu's speech. A vortex opens up in the floor, and you fall through it, tumbling ears over tail down what seems to be an infinite void...
You hit the ground, grunting, and stand up. You guess you're in the Poke'mon world, which is immediately confirmed by the presence of Ash and Misty. They look at you with a confused expression on their faces. Misty opens her mouth, and starts to talk.
"What are you? You're no poke'mon I've ever seen, but you look almost... human."
"I'm not either, exactly. I'm a hybrid of human and Pikachu." You hear yourself say.
"Wow... how did that happen?" Ash asks, awe in his eyes.
Do you tell them the truth or no?

A Little Honesty Goes a Long Way
You think back to all those random stories with situations similar to your own and decide right away that telling the truth would be much easier in the long run. After all, you don't want to deal with the mental chaos of trying to come up with something new for every question you're not prepared for.
"Well, it's kind of a confusing story and I'm not all that sure I understand it myself," you say, shrugging your shoulders. "The last thing I remember is finding myself at some kind of supernatural warehouse full of costumes. There was a sign with a big set of rules, and I figured I had to follow those rules if I wanted to get out of there."
"Whoa, that sounds weird. I don't think there's anything like that here in Kanto." Misty comments.
"Of course it's not. I don't know what it is, but I get the feeling that if I keep following those rules, I'll find out sooner or later." You say. "What I can understand from those rules is that I need to pick a costume and it'll make me whatever I picked for about a week, and then I need to pick another costume. It'll keep going like that, rewarding me for hitting certain milestones and each one will be better than the last."
"Wow"¦ I don't know what to think about that." Ash says. You open your mouth to respond when suddenly a strange, uneasy feeling bubbles up inside of you. You notice Ash's Pikachu tenses up too, apparently feeling the same thing. Both you and the Pikachu look over to your left, knowing trouble was about to rear its ugly head. Ash and Misty catch the look in your eye and begin to wonder what's going on.
"Huh? What's up?" Ash asks.
"We've got company, and I don't think they're here to say hi." You tell him with the hint of a growl in your voice. Pikachu joins in, jumping from Ash's shoulder and threateningly discharging small sparks.
"Who's there?" Ash demands the new arrivals.
Who indeed... why don't you pick the answer?

The First Rule of Fight Club: Never Make The First Move!
"The answer to come as we feel the need!"
"Bringing the blinding white light of evil into the future!"
"Thrusting the hammer of justice down onto the blackness of the universe!"
Oh god, it's the motto from Pokèmon Black & White, you think to yourself. This only means they'll be tough right away.
"And carving our names in the Rock of Eternity!"
"The fiery destroyer, Jessie!"
"And with thunderous emotion, I am James!"
"Wisest of the wise! Meowth!"
If Meowth is so wise, then why don't those guys ever win? You counter in your head.
"Now gather! All in the name of Team rocket!"
"You three really need a new target. I mean, do you really have nothing better to do than hunt down Ash's Pikachu?" you ask. What am I getting myself into? You think briefly.
"Why can't you just leave us alone?!" Pikachu shouts next to you. You turn and raise your eyebrow when you realize you can understand him, but you're not surprised. You are half Pokèmon after all.
"For your information, brat, we aren't here for the twerp's Pikachu!" James says.
"We just came to get payback for the humiliation we got last week." Jessie says darkly. You give Ash a humored look. You decide you wanted to hear this later.
"Well, I'm sorry guys but revenge isn't on the menu." You say, turning back to the jokes in front of you.
"Then we'll just have to take it by force!" Meowth says, readying an attack. Obviously, you'd riled him up. He was about to make the first move, just like you wanted it. Right away, you focus your energy into your hands, preparing your own move.
"Fury swipe!" Meowth uses his move, aiming right at you. You easily sidestep him and axe kick him into the ground. You surged electricity into your leg, causing extra damage to him. Everyone present gasps in surprise at your reaction speed. Even you're a little shocked with your speed (no pun intended). With Meowth pinned beneath you, you turn your attention to the team.
"And that's why you never make the first move in close range combat." You say smugly. "It makes you that much easier to wipe out." You know you want to pull off something to impress Team Rocket and Ash and friends so you rapidly go through a list of your moves to find the perfect move

New Move From Another World: Chidori Replication!
As you think through your moves, your mind wanders to the possibility of using Chidori (AKA Lightning Blade) from the Naruto Anime. You scan through your moves in your head and find the best combo to replicate the attack. Perfect!
"Hey Ash! Pikachu! Keep a close eye on me. You might learn a new move to use!" you shout at the two companions. You crouch low to the ground, taking your foot off of the unconscious Meowth and begin surging electricity into and around your right hand, using your left hand to hold your wrist, preventing any of the attack from escaping as wasted energy. After the attack is ready (as indicated by the sound of a thousand birds chirping from your hand), you look up at the Rockets to look for your target and find that they have released Wobafet and Weezing. You know special attacks won't work on Wobafet due to his Mirror Coat so you set your sights on Weezing. You briefly register the awe you hear from Ash, Misty, and Pikachu, but shut it out and use more energy to start a quick-attack. You glow with your attack before rapidly dashing towards Weezing. The Rockets have other plans, however.
"Wow! She's certainly creative!" Jessie exclaims.
"Let's show her that creativity isn't lost on us! Weezing! Use Smoke Screen and Toxic at the same Time!" James commands his Pokemon.
"Wobafet, get ready to take the attack!" Jessie shouted, taking extra measures to stop your attack. Weezing breathes obscuring gas from his mouth and from the cover of the black smoke, fires toxic sludge at you. You use the speed of your quick attack to your advantage and quick-step out of the way of the attacks much like Sonic in Sonic Unleashed, and quickly close the distance. After that thought, you briefly wonder if you could get a Sonic costume, but now's not the time for that. You decide to run circles around the Smoke Screen, hoping to clear up the smoke, but only in vain.
"Tranquil, help out our new friend and use gust to clear the smoke!" You hear Ash shout. Alright! Some back-up at last! Gale force winds suddenly pick up, getting rid of the smoke and giving you a clear sight of your target. You turn a sharp left right for Weezing, but Wobafet leaps in the way. In swift response, you quick-step to the side and jab your electrified hand right into Weezing's face shouting:
"Chidori!" A critical strike resulting in a one-hit KO. Weezing drops to the ground unconscious, leaving a stunned Wobafet standing alone. For dramatic affect, you look darkly at the Rockets who are quickly attempting to recover from their shock and horror. "And that's not even the worst I can do." you bluff ominously. The combination attack quickly drained you, and those circles you ran didn't help. You can barely stand, but you hide that well.
"H-how could you be that fast?!" Wobafet asked in shock. You ignore the shock ridden Pokemon and look right at the Rockets with a glare that would strike fear into anyone.
"Now, unless you two want a bit more spark in your day, I suggest you run along and hide in a ditch somewhere. The next time we meet, I won't offer the same mercy. It'll be off with your heads!" you continue bluffing. Your words are well received by the duo as evidenced by their hurried scramble to grab their Pokemon and get out of there. Ash recalls his Tranquil as they make their hasty escape.
As soon as they are out of sight, you finally let your exhaustion surface, falling to your hands and knees. Ragged breaths become audible to Ash and Misty as you held yourself up. the two trainers gasped in horror at seeing you fall over and rushed over to check on you.
"Hey! Are you alright?" Ash asked with concern. The two and their Pokemon give you a confused look when you chuckle.
"I guess I over did it a little. Keeping up a combo move like that must use a lot of energy." you say in reply. "And I bet being half human doesn't help in the least. Those guys would have no doubt taken me out if they didn't believe my bluffs!" you add as an after thought. Misty seems to relax a little, and what you suddenly recognize as the scent of her fear fades away. You can slowly feel your energy being drained from just the effort of staying upright. You try to gently lower yourself to the ground on your back, but your arms give in at the last second, dropping you harshly on the ground. At least your short tumble was softened by the grass.
"I think... I should sleep now... I'm totally drained." You say, closing your eyes.
"Wait! I don't even know your name!" Ash exclaims. You open your eyes a moment and think. You can't use your old name anymore; it just doesn't fit with this new body.
"Call me... Ruby." you decide. Why not? It's a girl's name and also one of the versions of Pokemon in your own world, so it kind of fits. Ash and Misty smile at you.
"Well then Ruby, it's nice to meet you." Ash says. You nod as you close your eyes again, drifting into sleep.
"You too Ash and Misty." you reply. And then the blackness takes you.

Insane Regeneration!
You slowly return from your dead drop into unconsciousness, picking up different things with your senses. The first thing that reaches you is the prominent smell of flowers. You realize that some Pok?mon probably have better senses than humans, including the one you've turned into. The next thing you register is Ash. You can smell his worry, and you hear him next to you, but you can't understand what he's saying. You focus on his words, trying to listen in when you hear the name you'd given yourself.
"Ruby, if you can hear me right now, I want to say thank you. Thank you for helping us out against Team Rocket, and for chasing them off." You hear. The nerves in the rest of your body activate, allowing you to move again. You reach over to where you guess Ash's hand is, and open your eyes, but doing so reveals to you how much your muscles ache from the strain you put on them earlier. You ignore the pain and look up at Ash.
"You couldn't have waited until you knew I was awake? Geez, you're an impatient one!" You rasp. You already knew Ash was impatient, but you wanted a laugh to start off the new day. Or night. You don't really know yet. Ash looks at you in absolute shock.
"Ruby!?" Ash yells, causing Misty and Nurse Joy to come through the door. They both looked in absolute surprise at you and Ash.
?You?re awake already? That?s? a miracle to say the least! You should have fallen into a coma after using that much energy!? Nurse Joy states. A Coma!? But then? why didn?t I? You ask yourself. Nurse Joy walks over looks at one of the machines you?re hooked up to.
?Let me check your vitals real quick? Wow! It appears you?ve made a full recovery! But how is that possible?? she says. You think back to the battle, and remember that your attacks seemed to drain you much faster than you thought they should. Maybe?
?During the battle, my moves seemed to drain me faster than any other Pok?mon. Maybe being insanely fast at recovering is meant to balance out that problem.? You suggest.
?You may be right about that.? Nurse Joy admitted after thinking it over for a moment. ?Well, in any case you?re free to go! Just don?t overdo it again!? she tells you with a smile.
?Don?t worry, Nurse Joy. I?ve learned my lesson from that encounter. It won?t be happening again anytime soon!? You say, sitting up. You let Nurse Joy unhook the machines and then you stood up.
?So Ruby, where do you plan on going next?? Misty asks you. Good question. Where do you plan on going?
