You spent a while thinking, and after a while of consideration, you realized that your parental figures would never be the best choice when it comes to relating to your experience. One of the closest people to you, not only emotionally, but in age as well flooded your mind, and you couldn’t help but picture the nerdy little face of your younger sibling. Immediately, you had your guards call for the young prince, yet it took a while for him to actually arrive in your chambers.
“Yes Princess?” he said quietly as he poked his head in through your enormous wooden doors. “You called?” He continued, before awaiting your reply.
“Brother. I am in distress.” You said without even lifting your head from your pillow. “It was about today.” He allowed you a moment of silence to cry out even more into your pillow. It was clear he was absolutely taken aback by your reaction.
“Hey, sis, you know I didn’t even see it if that’s what it was about.” you stared at him for a moment, the tears burned your reddened eyes. “Honestly, I don’t even know what you’re talking about.
“Oh so you didn’t hear?” you didn’t know whether to take that as a good thing or a bad thing. Despite this, your mind still raced.
