In a room
The sign reads
"Welcome all new travellers.
To continue you must go through a series of doors.
After going through you will pick a costume. You will then become a half- human and half that creature.
After a week(100 mins a hour,20 hrs a day,10 days a week) has passed you may morph and get another costume. To start of with you will only be able to become 40% human to 60% human.
If you put on a costume you will then become that creature, be teleported to it's home town and have to wait a week before being able to morph.
After 50 costumes you may change into one of your other costumes and become 30% to 70% human. When changing costumes you must wait at least an hour before you can change costumes again.
100 different species/gender costumes allows you to gender-morph and become 20% to 80% human
200 different species costumes allows you to combine costumes and become 10% to 90% human
400 different species costumes allows you to return to your world with no more morphing
And 800 different species costumes makes a polymorph and allows you to morph outside of this world.
Also if you have a costume like a centaur then the human part will always be human and is counted towards the human percentage.
Any gender/species transformation magic of yours can only change your gender(if you have at least 100 costumes) and the animal part to a different animal.
When you change into a different costume (that you already have) you may teleport to that species home town but you will have the week penalty where you have no costume changes.
If you die while wearing a costume you will be reborn at the local inn (or appropriate location ). If you have more then 100 costumes you will lose the costume you had when you died and go to an appropriate place for your next costume.
If you fail to make it out in 100 years(100 weeks in a year) one of your possible forms will be chosen and you will be permanently stuck in that form(apart from magic) until you die. Also there will be no possibility of going back to your world.
Also, one final note: should you take a female form and become pregnant, you won't be able to change your gender until the child is born, though the other aspects of your form may change (the child will change to match.) That is all, and good luck!
You realise that you have to do what the sign said to do and go through the doors and grab a costume.
Alternatively you could use the key system to determine the room

Normal Land
You go through the door.
All of a sudden it slams shut and with no handle on this side it appears that you are stuck.
There are two more doors however and both of them have a sign on them saying
Costume room for
Element: Land

So which door do you want

Wolf
You find a costume of what looks like an anthro-wolf, as well as instructions. Follow them, you strip off your clothes and find the opening in the front of the costume. You put your legs into the costume, and pull it up over the rest of your body, zipping it up.
The last thing left is the head, which you flip over your own.
Suddenly, you feel odd, and noticed the zip has disappeared. You begin to wonder this as you feet change ,painfully, now fitting the odd wolfen stance of the costume. The changes progress, upwards, as you feel the costume meld with you.
You suddenly remember this was the female room, as you notice a void between your legs and your waist painfully shrinks upwards, pushing your his and ass out.
You suddenly notice a weight on your chest as well, as two (very) large breasts force their way out. As you feel them with your changed hands, you face changes to, pushing out and melding with the wolfen head of the costume.
The changes subside, leaving you as a rather sexy looking anthro-wolf.

Your shared apartment
Blinking to yourself you look over your new form in the mirror, backing away slightly. How could this have happened, initially you thought the sign was some sick joke but now… it all feels so real. A low hissing begins to echo throughout the room and your enhanced smelling tells you that there is some kind of gas entering the room. Desperately you cover your nose but eventually you succumb to the sleeping gas and collapse on the ground in a deep sleep.
You awaken in your bed and sit straight up. You let out a slight chuckle at your bizarre dream but freeze when a paw enters your vision as you go to wipe the sweat away from your brow. You let out a feminine scream and roll out of bed landing on the ground in your usual loose tank-top and boxers you wear as pyjamas. To your horror your screams seem to not have gone unnoticed and your door is opening.

An Anthro male enters the room
“Are you alright?” Another Anthro wolf is stood before you. Unlike you this one appears to have a pale orange coat of fur with black highlights throughout his fur.
“Are you feeling alright?” The wolf Anthro asks again. He takes a second to scan your room before looking back to you once everything seems alright. The wolf takes a step into the room but the imposing wolf standing over you only serves to frighten you more and you back up.
“Relax it’s me, James, your roommate. Remember?” He seems to take a step back and raises his hands in a surrendering sort of gesture.
“James?!?” You call to your roommate “What happened to you?”
“What do you mean ‘what happened to me’ you’re the one freaking out right now.”
“James we aren’t human, how aren’t you freaking out right now?” You call to him and it seems to only make him more worried.
“Hu-man? You must’ve hit the drink really hard last night… I tried to stop you but noooo, you’ll be fine.” James lets out a sigh and seems to shake his head. “Whatever you think happened must’ve been a strange dream or something.” James takes a couple of steps forward, initially you try to back away but you are up against the wall now. James kneels beside you and puts a paw under you muzzle, he gently lifts your head up so you’re looking into his eyes.
“Listen, normally when you’re pulling my tail you don’t look quite so terrified. Go take a shower to relax, I’ll make some pancakes or something then you can come down and we can talk if you’re still worried about whatever you’re going on about.” The wolf stands up before you and begins to leave the room.

Take a shower before meeting with your roommate again as they suggested
You stay seated on the ground for a little bit longer your brain trying to decide what you should do. Eventually you decide to do as your… roommate suggested and move into your shared bathroom grabbing some clothes to wear after along the way. You strip down to your bare fur and take a look in the mirror, moving a paw up to your muzzle to see if this is all true. You continue to look over your own luscious fur and more feminine parts. You’d joked with friends that if you ever woke up as a girl you’d spend all your time grabbing at your breasts but now they seem forgotten among the rest of the changes your body went through. You bring a paw up to your arm and pinch yourself hard. You stifle a whimper and decide that you are definitely not dreaming.
Gingerly you step into the familiar shower and begin to toy with the shower knobs. Soon a soft spray is covering all of your fur, dampening it and turning it a shade darker. Under the nozzle you begin to think over what has happened, first you awoke in that strange room with no memory of falling asleep, then you were forced to go through some doors until you found yourself putting on that damned wolf costume… Your hand roamed to the middle of your chest where the zip should have been yet you were unable to find it under your fur. You shake your head gently and decide that your roommate must be the best option for you to find out more about what is going on. Reluctantly you turn off the shower and hop out onto the mat. You grab your towel from the rack and wrap it around yourself. You look into the mirror one last time before you start trying to dry as much water from your fur as possible.
After you’ve spent about 10 minutes attempting to dry out your fur you give up and wear the clothes that you brought into the bathroom. Walking along the familiar hall reminds you of how weird you and James are now. Everything looks the same as your old life except for the wolf Anthro you and James now appear to be. You step into the kitchen and true to his word James has made a moderately sized stack of pancakes for you and himself. You sit at the table wordlessly and he starts dishing up the pancakes into two plates, on for you and one for himself. Should you start asking questions before eating and get everything out of the way or would it be better to eat then talk, giving yourself more time to think about what to say?

I should think about what I want to say
You sit quietly behind your pancakes eating small chunks although you don’t feel terribly hungry
from everything that’s happened in the last few hours.
“I thought you liked my cooking?” James was sat opposite you eating his pancakes at a reasonable
rate.
“I do but… I’m just not all that hungry.” You reply honestly and James eyes you suspiciously.
“Are you sure you didn’t hit your head?”
“Yes I am… Listen, we’re friends right? You’d listen to what I have to say?” you ask your flatmate.
“Yeah, of course? Do you need me to buy you some more… stuff?” he asks dead serious. It takes you a second to think about what he’s asking but when you realise you shake your head violently.
“NO, NO, NOTHING LIKE THAT!” You curse yourself in your head for how embarrassed you sound.
“Are you sure? You’re acting pretty weird.”
“I’m fine. Just shut up please…” You implore him and he seems to quieten down so you can think about how you want to start this conversation.
“I did have a weird dream last night,” You begin and you look to see that James has given you his full attention.
“I wasn’t like this at the start…” You gesture to yourself and you’re able to watch as his expression turns slightly confused.
“For starters I was a guy.” What little attention was on his pancakes was torn away at your unexpected words. He looks like he’s about to laugh and you’re suddenly relieved that looks can’t kill. He manages to control himself at the deathly glare in your eyes and clears his throat before nodding.
“And I wasn’t… this wolf thing… I was a human.”
“Ok?” James seems utterly lost but nods along anyways, “And what happened then to this ‘guy, nonwolf’ version of you?”
“I was locked in some black room; there was a sign that read about transformations and costumes of some kind. It said to go through one of two doors and I guess I chose the female door or something. After that I was met with lots and lots of doors along a corridor and just picked one at random. Inside it had a wolf costume and it was a bit chilly so I placed it on.” You recount the events of your last night with James listening closely.
“As soon as I had placed on all of the costume I felt sharp pains throughout all of my body and I began to ‘fill out’ the costume I guess.” The two of you sit there in silence. A minute passes with James considering the story you told him, eventually though he looks like he is almost ready to speak.
