You are standing by a tree
There are 3 paths.
One appears to go to a jungle,
one appears to go to a cave,
one appears to go to a beach,
you could try and climb the tree,
there is a nearby shop you could go in,
or you could do something else.
So what's its going to be?

Transformation Genie
Just then, a huge puff of green smoke appears.
The smoke forms the shape of a humanoid, then finally materializes into a turquoise-skinned man who appears to be about 25 years old. You quiver with fear, staring at him (after all, you're not used to seeing turquoise-skinned men appear out of lamps).
"Who has rubbed the lamp of the Genie of Transformation?", the man asks in a light, yet stern voice.
"I-I did", you answer softly.
He steps closer to you and bows. "Thank You, Master, Thank You!", he says as he kneels to you.
"Master?"
He stands. "Yes", he says. "You have released me from the Lamp, and now you may have three wishes.
The wishes carry certain limitations, however..."
"Yes, like what?", you ask again, almost bursting with excitement (having your own genie and all).
"First, there are only three wishes, no more and no less, and this may not be changed by any wishes made. Second, all wishes made by the master should be precisely worded. If the wish is too vague, then I shall choose the remaining factors of the wish. And third, all wishes must be related to the change of the master, or of someone else that the master chooses. In other words, all wishes must be transformative."
Well what are you going to wish for?

I don't need a **** Transformation
"I don't need a transformation thank you very much," you say. "I am perfectly happy as a human". "You can take your conditional wishes elsewhere, you ****".
The genie's eyes widen. "You are going to regret mocking me". " You don't want a transformation, too bad you're getting one.
GULP!!!

A Werewolf
You groan and hold a hand to your head, looking around at this unfamiliar landscape. You still aren't sure what magic brought you here, but the tingling in your chest tells you that it's not done with you yet.
You look down to your stomach, lifting your shirt to reveal that you're beginning to grow a coat of fur along your chest. The hairs are as dark as they are thick, and you watch the wave of black creep along your belly, spreading like spilled ink.
"W-what's going on?" You breathe in disbelief, trailing a hand through the fur to confirm what your eyes, what your nerves are telling you. Much to your displeasure, you discover that you are indeed getting hairier, growing enough of the dark strands to make it look like you're some sort of animal.
Just as you begin to wonder exactly what you're becoming, a gut-wrenching crack comes from your face, and pain floods your senses. It's like you've been hit in the face by a baseball bat, only... In reverse? Your brain struggles to put make the sensation something familiar, something you can comprehend. But nothing you've felt in your life before comes close to this.
Something has impacted your jaw, an invisible force that pushes it outward, forcing your face to stretch as though it's made of putty. You look down in shock as your hairy jaw comes into your lower peripheral vision, and yelp as you realize it's taking your nose with it.
In seconds, you have what looks to be an animal snout, long enough that you need to stretch your tongue to try and reach your front teeth. The same tingling spreads to your tongue, and with a small gasp of shock, you realize that won't be the case much longer.
You groan as your tongue begins to transform too, getting longer and flatter, stretching until your new muzzle fits it like a glove. Experimentally, you try sticking it out to see how far it goes, only to flinch as you manage to easily lick your nose.
This brings about a new change, as the skin you've just licked begins to grow dark and spongy. You can't help but lick your nose again as it starts to feel dry, and this time it flattens out on your face. Another lick and it fully becomes what looks like a dog's nose. Another lick still gives you a much broader sense of smell, and you realize you're becoming some sort of canine.
Again, your thoughts bring with them their own changes. Your ears draw to pointed tips, your teeth lengthen and sharpen, and your hands and feet become a cross between human appendages and paws. You look down to these paws as claws easily poke out through them, your nails becoming something sharp; something deadly.
An idea fills your mind, and you crouch down, letting your claws touch your ankles. Then you stand, bringing your arms up to your shoulders and raking your claws along your clothing. The cotton parts like butter, and you're free to look at your new body; at your new self. One word comes to mind, and you whisper it with shock.
"Werewolf."
The word seems to have some sort of sway in the air, and you try to cope with your new form, wondering what might come next...

But the Transformation Isn't Done With You Yet
You shudder as you realize that your body still aches, that your every nerve still tingles with the need to be changed. You groan and feel a strange ache in your backside, glancing to your posterior to find that your tailbone is beginning to lengthen; growing a new fur covered limb.
Having realized what you're becoming, you easily can guess that you're growing a canine tail, and you clench the muscles behind you instinctively, trying to wag it. To your surprise, it obeys your thoughts, slowly swaying from side to side as it lengthens, like a hypnotizes nake you've charmed.
You wag it a little more as it lengthens further, growing long and shaggy fur that matches the unkempt black hair atop your head. Then you pet it, shuddering at how real it all feels. Somehow the addition of a new limb is even more shocking a change than the reshaping of your skull, and you begin to wonder what else this transformation has in store for you.
You shouldn't have tempted fate.
Almost immediately, you notice that your chest is tingling, and you look down to find a pair of rather perky breasts swelling into existence on your chest. You can't help but let out a slight gasp at the sensation, and you shudder at the sensation of your new breasts moving with the intake of air.
Of course, this only sends another ripple of motion through your newly made mammaries, and you find yourself chewing on your lip in confusion, wondering what sort of werewolf needs breasts.
You have your answer a second later as your groin aches, and you let out a loud moan. You feel your maleness pull inward, and with that sharp sensation you're left with an undeniably set of female privates.
It seems that this is something the rest of your body is eager to go along with, as your muscles lose some of their bulk; though none of their tone, you notice absently. Your shoulders shrink and your hips flare as you gain an hourglass figure that your male self would have lusted over.
Strangely enough, as a female you don't really feel that much towards your new form, aside for that innate narcissistic pride that comes from knowing you're attractive. You move your clawed hands up to your furry breasts curiously, holding their hefty weight in your palms and marveling that some women are able to live with these.
Then you frown, realizing that you are now a woman who has to live with these. The thought seems to send another change through your form, and you groan as your chest aches just below your first two breasts.
You recognize the sensation from earlier, that swelling feeling of growth. And, a part of your brain recognizes that this makes sense: you're a wolf-woman, so you should probably have wolf teats rather than human breasts. But none of that helps you cope with the fact that you're growing two new pairs of breasts, each smaller than the pair above it.
The changes wind to a halt again, and you groan at the odd feeling of this undeniably gorgeous female body-well, gorgeous so long as you're into the furry form. It's a strange thought that you'd never imagined having, and you wonder just how furry you really are...

Right in time to get a whole lot furrier.
This turns out to be the exact wrong thing to wonder, as your body cracks and pops again, a new change running through it. Your hips and shoulders pop loudly, and you 're sent from a bipedal stance to one on all fours with a loud huff.
Your hands thump against the soft grass before yourself and immediately begin to change, your fingers swelling and palms becoming the plush pads of an animal. You look down in shock as your arms begin to thin to more wolflike proportions, and you realize that you 're not even close to out of the water.
The knowledge of your changes brings with them the vivid sensation of transformation, and you feel your muscles tense and your bones creak all over your body. Perhaps the most intense feeling of change comes from your legs, which are not only thinning just as your arms had, but are also transforming in an entirely inhuman way.
The back halves of your feet are growing away from the front halves, stretching out longer and longer. As if to compensate for this growth, the rest of your legs begin to shrink, losing mass and size until they look just like a set of normal dog legs.
And of course the changes don 't stop there. Your hourglass figure barrels out into the muscled canine torso of a wolf, and you groan and huff as your organs change with it. The most noticeable transformation here happens to your heart and lungs, and you feel your pulse quickening as you begin to take sharper and quicker breaths, panting just like a dog.
Of course, this isn 't nearly the last of your changes. Your neck cracks oddly upward, facing dead ahead just like a dog 's. Worse, your head begins to shrink, a feeling not unlike brain freeze resounding throughout your ever-shrinking skull.
For what it 's worth, you can 't help but appreciate the fact that you 're just as smart as you used to be, which is at least one plus. After all, it could be worse; you could be losing your mind and instincts to those of the animal you 're becoming.
You wag your tail at the thought and growl lowly, realizing that you might be picking up at least a few canine habits. Then again, if that lets you cope in your new body...
Your train of thought comes to a screeching halt as you realize that you just growled, and with a thrill of horror you try and say your own name. "Ruff! " A bark escapes your lips, and you realize that you 've completely lost the capacity for human speech, instead only able to bark like the canine you 've become.
So much for calling for help... Or contacting any human society, for that matter. You growl again and whine loudly, feeling your multiple breasts dwindle away until they 're just bumps on your chest. Thankfully, this seems to be the last of your changes, and you pant tiredly as you begin to grow accustomed to this form, hoping that it 's not going to be anything permanent.
Of course, if it is, that means that you need to get used to this new body...

So You Start With Baby Steps
Naturally, the first thing that comes to mind for you is to learn how to walk on all fours. You begin to move one leg forward, only to end up falling flat on your new snout. A low growl of irritation leaves your lips as you look back to your traitorous hind legs, growling lowly.
Before you start losing your temper, you take a deep sigh. Then another. And another. In seconds, you find yourself panting contentedly, licking your nose and calming your racing heart. This brings with it a new complication, and you find yourself growing thirsty in moments.
It makes sense. You haven't had anything to drink since you started changing, and transformation is tiring business. You flick your ears left and right to try and search for a stream, and to your delight you hear the babbling of water just a little bit over the hill to your right.
You instinctively climb to all fours and take off towards the sound, tail wagging as you realize that this body isn't entirely useless. Your run comes to a stumbling halt as you realize you've just somehow learned to walk like an animal, and you feel a wellspring of gratitude towards your instincts.
Having just lived the example, you can now recreate it from memory, and you start to walk once more, this time focusing on your steps. It's sort of an odd gait, where you move your left foreleg, then your right hindleg, then your right foreleg, then your left hindleg. The process is oddly natural after a few paces, and you breathe a sigh of relief at the thought that you don't need to train your body how to act.
Unfortunately, you soon have another challenge in the form of the river you want to drink from. After a long stare down to it, you realize that you don't quite know how to drink from it. You imagine that it involves using your tongue in some way, but you can't quite get it to curl the way you want to spoon up the water.
With a canine whimper, you try and focus your mind on how you last were able to control your body. It comes to you in a flash: you were able to use your canine instincts somehow, possibly by just trying to act like what you've become?
You try wagging your tail and focusing on your thirst, and to your surprise it again comes naturally to you. You dip your head toward the water, curl your long tongue in a reverse scoop, and begin to slurp up the water eagerly.
This is perfect! You've figured out how to basically turn on tutorials for your new body, and you wag your tail as you drink your fill of the delicious stream. With that out of the way, you realize you might as well explore. But where to start?
There's a woodland past the stream; the plains behind you; even some mountains in the distance. You're not quite sure where to begin, so you trust your instincts and take a deep whiff of the air around yourself, searching for something your canine mind would appreciate.
You pick up a particular bouquet that leaves you panting happily, and you set out for...

The Woods
You set off at a quick pace towards the verdant woodland, eager to see what's set off your canine instincts. It could be prey, which certainly would help you out in the long run. Or it could be something you haven't thought of... Either way, you're more than ready to find out!
Padding through the trees is an oddly comforting thing to you, and you happily look up to watch the sunlight streaming through the branches. You let your nose guide you, a trail of some animal painted clearly in your mind. Better yet, it stops just ahead, and you can't help but wonder what you'll find.
Unable to hold yourself back, you let out an excited bark. "Arf!" You know it might scare away any nearby prey, but that only adds to the thrill of the hunt. If they run, you'll just chase them! This body's potential is endless!
"Ao-Ao-Awoo!"
A howl greets the sound of your bark, and you freeze, ears perked in shock and your tail upright. Of all the things you were expecting to find, that certainly wasn't it...
A large male wolf steps from the brush and affixes you with a golden stare, as though he can see deep into your soul.
There's only one thing you can think to do in this situation...

Roll Over
You roll over and whimper.
The wolf looks over at you "I guess this is your first day?"
You look at him and try and speak but only barks comes out.
"Not figured out how to speak yet. It took a few years for me to figure out in wolf form."
He shifts onto his hind legs and the fur recedes.
"Hopefully the genie made you a werewolf and not a wolf. Follow me and I will introduce you to the rest of your pack".
