First off this is another story that just happens to have shapeshifters
From the worldbuilding point of view. About 10 years ago everyone died. Some came back changed. From what I can tell most are shifters(Although at least one vampire is their)
It also turns out that their were shifters before the event. Although their are only hints about what actually happened during the event.
Their seems to be two main packs during this story. One is rules by a president and it seems that pack is the good one, although their may be a dark secret their.
The other pack is lead by a shifer of unknown species who is able to compel most of the others to do what he wants them to do
We also have a nightmare demon who pops in a few times. And delivers important information in the final climax.
Their is also a bear shifter who can not control himself when shifters. (And was one before the event)
The world does seem to have adapted to the changes. Hotels that can lock the shifters in to prevent harm being one of the more prominent ways in which this is done
While I did find the story interesting I do not know if I want to continue the series.
