This might be a slightly contreversal as a tf book in that only a small portion of the story is a transformation. But it does handle it well
the transformation is human to AI. A later part of the story involves changing the hardware they are running on, but this is not really a transformation. It does show a fact of computing. You can run any computing on a univeral computer.
The rest of the plot is good as a story by itself but it gets a low rating for having only a little bit of transformation.
