Unlike most of the other stories that I have rated 1 I could actually follow the story. It was shaping up as a 3 until the ending.
The ending sums up why I dislike mot mind rewrites. The entire struggle in the book is made pointless by the characters pretty much ending up with no recollection of their old lives.
The world building aspect is interesting but story wise not much actually happens.
Overall this is another book to go on the reject list
