While I have not read all the stories I am review just one of the stories

This story is Requiem's Song.

It seems like in the back story people suddenly became able to turn into dragons

A bunch of the religious people did not like this and started a campaign to wipe them out

The groups of main characters can be summarized as : -Exiles from nobility (and hiding in a barbarian tribe) -Nobility (Two groups. One bad , one good) -Other(two groups. One who stays at their home, the other explores)

Warning: Their is demons here. They like to eat and rape humans
