While I wanted to like this book it felt like their were two stories that were put together.
In one story we have the twins and the other the healer. By combing them we get elements of both stories that do not seem to have any meaning to the overall story. For instance the selkie reference does not seem to come into play at all.
Also the characters do not seem to have changed from where the bulk of the story is too the end.
Combined with one of the tasks and it's resolution I cannot find much to recommended in this book.
